Hiram Bingham, A Residence of Twenty-One Years, pg. 279

"The ministers of Christ are of course bound to instruct their flocks, not only in the doctrines of theology, and the poffers and promises of the Gospel, but in all the duties of a holy life, that they may know how they ought to walk and please God. If this faithfully done, whether the members of the flock be hereditary or constituted rulers, subjects or citizens, baptized or unbaptized, it should be expected that they would respect God's Law."
